Thank you to our lovely cookie-icing/things-coding, bourbon-bearing friends Michael and Anna for the bee-yeutiful flowers, as well as excellent beer-and-fries-filled evening!
However, as always, my big mouth got me in trouble when I said, “Flowers! Yay! Alex NEVER brings me flowers!” when evidenced below is the gorgeous bundle Alex had sent to my office two months ago on our anniversary. See baby, I didn’t forget!

I will faithfully read any blog that uses Smiths lyrics in headlines...
I really liked your IPOD story, I promised my little man that I would buy him a watch when I got a ring, and I got the ring, but with god as my witness I am making him wait the 6 years for his watch that it took to get my ring. So you're a far better person than I!
