I just discovered your blog last night and I'm enjoying catching up with your wedding-to-be adventures...congratulations! And I must say, you take the most fabulous pictures...please, share your secret! What type of camera do you use? They're phenomenal. If this isn't what you do for a living, you should.

Why did I make zucchini bread tonight?!? It should've been cupcakes dammit!

I think my arteries are hardening sympathetically, but my stomach is dispairing because it didn't get to partake.

Also: how did you prevent the bite marks from dragging the icing down? I could never accomplish such neat eating.

It's a scar! Also, thanks for the photo compliments, but I swear, it wasn't me. A combination of the old Canon Digital Rebel and Picasa2 is giving me bragging rights I don't deserve.

The cupcakes, however, were divine, despite lacking the crucial ingredient of chocolate. Crumb-free. Also, they are mini-cupcakes, so you can eat THREE before actually eating a full-sized one. How cool is that?

oooooooh, i love mini's! they so much more satisfying because like you said - you can eat 3 instead of just one. hooray!
